Hey! So, I decided to give socialising in Finland another go now that summer holidays started 😂 Sorry about the language, I speak a bit of Finnish (and would like to practice more), but trying to do anything resembling a more complex introduction would just result in me sounding like a blubbering idiot. That being said, Hi! 28yo from Italy, moved to Helsinki as a researcher a few years ago. Used to be an avid gamer as well but now I'm mostly a washed up casual playing on my steam deck as a main platform, although was looking into restarting some PC gaming. Currently living in Vantaa (Koivukylä area) with my girlfriend (ergo, no funny business dw, not looking for tinder stuff here). Used to live in Kamppi but last year in August we managed to get place in Havukoski. Also have a dog, swiss shepherd. As for other hobbies I like bodyweight training and calisthenics, in general into most forms of strength training. Also a fan of nature (kinda why we moved close to Sipoo) and long forest walks with the doggo. Also open to just hang out in the Helsinki central area, chill with a coffee or some ice cream (and yes, typical Italian with ice cream addiction). I also just don't know that much stuff in the area despite having lived here for 3/4 years now since my time has mostly been spent working or recovering from the aforementioned 😅 (adulting be hard indeed).
