Looking to make new friends

Hi! I'm a 36y old non-Finnish speaking Finn living in Oulu. Reason for me not speaking Finnish is that I grew up in the Netherlands and only came back to Finland a few years ago. I can tell you more about that later though :D It's proven to be a lot harder than it looks like to build a social network here as a "newcomer" in your thirties with people having full-time jobs and families and whatnot. I'm determined to actively pursue making new friends though. It doesn't matter to me what your age, gender or where your roots lie. Next to my fulltime job, my free time I've so far spent either outdoors with my camera doing nature photography and traveling or indoors watching movies/series, cooking, playing games, editing my photos or pursuing other creative ideas like video editing and design. Quite recently I've gotten into music production and for that I built a little amateur studio at home. So if you're into making music, I'd love to learn from you and be inspired by someone else's creative ideas. If you have other activities you like to do and are passionate about, please feel free to suggest something and I'd be happy to try something new too. For example I have two left hands but would love to learn more about fixing cars for example or woodworking if that's something you're into and have the patience to teach an absolute noob. Or if it's just a cup of coffee and a good conversation or having a bite somewhere or cooking food ourselves, let's give that a go. It would be great to hear from you!
