About a year ago, I moved from Turkey to Finland, and I currently live and work in the Hamina–Kotka area. During this time, I have focused on building a more balanced life and getting to know myself better. I work as a head chef. Outside of work, I enjoy learning about different cultures, exploring everyday life in Finland, trying new restaurants, and discovering new places. I value honesty, calm communication, and meaningful connections. Over the past year, I have noticed that there can be some prejudices toward Turkish people here. I don’t see this as a problem, but rather as an opportunity to change perspectives through genuine interaction. My intention is to help break these stereotypes by being open, respectful, and authentic.
